Give TriCare a call and request copies of your ID cards. The phone number is on your insurance policy.
Thanks for your question and for visiting LoveToKnow credit cards.

I suggest that you contact TriCare Prime by telephone to request copies of your children's insurance cards. The phone number is on their website (a link to their website is in the article above) and it is listed on your TriCare Prime insurance documentation. They may not be willing or able to send images of the cards by email but you could request that images be sent to you by fax -- either to your home, your office or to a local retailer (like a UPS packing store or a private postal store).
If TriCare is not able to provide images of the insurance cards, ask TriCare to email or fax you a letter or copy of a document that shows proof that your children are insured, along with their respective Social Security Numbers. If you are not able to get what you need by email or fax from TriCare, you may have to request a letter showing proof of coverage be mailed to you.
You might also want to have another conversation with the benefits coordinator at your new employer to ask why it is mandatory for them to enroll your children in their health plan. Usually health plan coverage for spouses and children is optional.
Thank you for your question and for visiting LoveToKnow Credit Cards.
