I presently have AARP Life Insurance and an auto deduct from my checking account. I want to CANCEL my policy. Please advise on how I can accomplish this promptly.

Do you have to be a certain age to be approved for AARP life insurance? If i'm 38 and disabled will i be approved?

I suggest that you call AARP Life Insurance at 1-800-865-7927. After answering several questions such as your Social Security Number, they will be able to send you the forms you need to complete to change your beneficiary information. You should also consider asking them to send you a new copy of your policy that you can keep in a secure place such as a safe deposit box.
