You might want to consider contacting the central claims reporting center or the central customer service numbers provided in the article. Explain the delays you are receiving. They may be able to speed things up by calling the agents and repair shops.

yes rates are good but i sure am having hard time getting the agents to return my calls and get my truck out of repair shop and getting agents to fix what was damaged my truck has been in two shops and almost three months and the delay is on the agent and adjuster

If you are not receiving timely help and info from the local office, you should consider calling the 800 number, asking your question and requesting the help of a supervisor if you have not received the info you need.
