About Dentalvision Insure Opm.gov

Before President George W. Bush put his signature on a bill to make The Federal Employee Dental and Vision Benefits Enhancement Act a law, it was very difficult for Federal and U.S. Postal Service employees, retirees, and their families to get affordable dental and vision insurance.

With this law in place, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is able to make arrangements with various companies to provide supplemental dental and vision insurance with competitive premiums to eligible individuals. The complete benefit details can be found on the Dentalvision Insure Opm.gov website.
